I tend bar at Ernst Cafe in New Orleans. I love people, I love talking and I love drinking. So what could be better than meeting people from all over the place, listening to their stories while serving them drinks and then perhaps having a drink with them when I get off? I love music to no end. Alternative, Indie, Rock, Classical, Punk, Rap, Country, Blues, Jazz, Techno and so much more. I cannot, however, carry a tune or play an instrument. Nor can I dance or get down with the funky beats.

I love being corny and lame. I make stupid jokes that crack me up while the rest of the room goes silent. I love my New Orleans Saints. Horror films are my favorite kind of films. Whether it be crazy awesome scary like ‘Halloween (1978)’ or absolutely cheesy like ‘Tormented’, I will watch it and usually love it. I’m a fan of sci-fi. I’ve recently gotten into reading comics. I love books and ever more so, MacBooks. I’m a huge Mac addict. All hail, Steve Jobs.

As I mentioned before, I love drinking. Beer is amazing to me. IPA’s are my favorite as is Stone Brewing, Co. My choice of wine is usually a red with spice. Whites can be nice for spring/summer daytime drinking. I only drink tequila on rare occasions.

Money comes and goes. The most important things to me are family, friends and good times. After all, you only get one shot in this life. Might as well make it count.
